Ron in action at the Mid Winter Festival of Surfing – Waipu Cove 2007

Hi All,
Peter Malatios has sent us an email asking us to share it with all the BBS. This coming Saturday 7th of March at 3.00 pm, at Orewa by the Surf Club we will remember one of the first members of the BBS club, Ron Malatios. Unfortunately, I will be in Australia and unable to attend but it will be great for some of the Sliders who knew Ron to be there. Take your surfboards as there will be a paddle out to remember Ron. This will be a very special thing to be part of. Please read Peter’s email as below and if you have any questions, please contact him on the numbers he has provided. By the way, some of you may not be aware that Peter screen prints all ours BBS T-shirts and has supported the Club from the beginning as did Ron.
